What do you do for UK and US businesses?

Do you file taxes, VAT or do audits?

Tax returns, VAT or sales-tax filings, audits and assurance are handled by our partner CPAs in the US and qualified accountants and registered auditors in the UK. We keep your books ready for them, and you deal with one point of contact.

Which software do you work in?

Zoho Books and Xero. We work inside your own account, so your data stays with you.

How do you keep my data secure?

You add us as a user with an accountant login, so no passwords are shared. We are happy to sign an NDA, and files are shared only through your own systems or secure links.

What about the time difference?

We are in India (IST), which overlaps with the UK working day and US mornings. Most work happens overnight for US clients, so it is ready when you start your day. Calls are scheduled at a time that suits you.

A fixed monthly fee in GBP or USD, based on your transaction volume, agreed after a free review of your books. Invoiced monthly, with no long lock-in.

How do we get started?

Share a recent month of bank statements and read-only access to your books. We send back a short review of what needs fixing and a fixed quote within a few working days.

What if you make a mistake?

We take full responsibility for our work. If something in your books is wrong because of our error, we correct it at our own cost and tell you exactly what happened and what we changed.
